Normally, the difference between indoor and outdoor temperatures should be kept at a minimal to insure that your body stays at a set temperature range. Keeping the temperature in the rooms at a consistant level is as well advisable. It not only helps maintain your body in a healthy state, it also helps save on electricity.
Although, it is pleasing to be in an air-conditioned room during hot summer days, be aware that your body can become dehydrated from the effects of your air-conditioner. Good advice is to drink a lot of h2o. Placing a bucket of in your room helps as well. Doing so will help minimize what feels like dryness in the air and make the room feel more enjoyable to be in.
